Gosau is a paradise for cross-country skiing.
Almost 50 km of tracks are waiting for you. Skaters can use specially prepared tracks.
The starting point as well as the goal are located at the sports center of Gosau. Here you also have the possibility to use the big parking lot.

There are plenty of possibilities for taking a break along the cross-country trails!

People who like to go curling can use various curling alleys in the Vorder- Mitter- and Hintertal.
The local toboggan run is situated in the Hintertal, a primed forest street. After the journey of 20 minutes which leads you up you will have a nice view over to the Zwieselalm, the Gamsfeld and the valley of Gosau. From this point you can slide down the street.
Beware: Unfortunately some people are permitted to drive their cars up the street, mostly for lumber transportation!
The tobogganing club arranges a tobogganing competition every Friday. When the snow height is high enough you can compete and take part in the award ceremony. When you register as a club or group you can get a date ahead of time.
